(1) We collect your personal data as a candidate only when you provide it to us by email, by mail or by phone. This is true both for applications for vacancies and for unsolicited applications. We then collect the data that was communicated in the context of the application. These include in particular name, date of birth, contact information, interests, qualification data, as well as educational and career backgrounds. The personal data collected from you is only used for the handling of the application process (legal basis article 6.1 lit. a), b) and f) GDPR, § 26 BDSG).

(2) You are not required to provide the aforementioned personal data. The data may be required for a future contract at the end of the application procedure. Without the provision of this data, a communication, the handling of the application procedure or the conclusion of a contract might not be possible.

(3) The transmission of relevant data will take place in each respective individual case on the basis of applicable law. Data will be transferred to the human resources department, to the management and to the respective head of department. Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties. Google reCAPTCHA
